Whats the deal? The weather used to come up all the time, now all of a sudden it doesnt show up!!!!! What happened? I work outside for a living and I need to know what the weather is!!!!!!!! MAKE IT WORK!!!!!!!!!!

I dont know why this app is replacing the old weather app. If something isnt broke - why fix it? I still prefer the old app. I like the quick access to the 7 day forecast with the ability to check each days more in depth just by touching the day.

Please bring back the old NBC 5 app. Cannot view in landscape mode which is very inconvenient. Will no longer use your news app unless that Is changed. Why cant I get rid of red screen to get to the local news.

When you get a notification and open the news, the app just hangs. What is the point of having a notification and we could not read the news? That is the purpose of the notification to notify us the hot or breaking news. Please work on this!!!

Every ten minutes I get an alert that rain is approaching in 30 minutes. It hasnt rained in a week and a half.

This app drains the battery life out of my phone in 3 1/2 with out any usage on the phone, because NBC 5s app has to have access to my location at all times, even when you arent using the app!!!! Please make a feature that allows location services to be only used when the app is open!!!! Otherwise it is a great app!

Tried playing the live news on my phone, even after getting verified TWICE it says I am not an authorized user to watch the news on my phone. Please fix this bug, logged in and everything and I cant watch a simple show.

Too many notifications!! I dont need an ad masked as a news story sent to me as a notification. Every night at 9:55pm! Now the morning notifications at 6AM! ENOUGH Already!!

This app location is always on even when app is closed! It should only have my location when its opened. This is the reason why I deleted it. Everything else worked just fine.

It was a great app when I first downloaded but I dont know if an update messed it up or something. Despite fixing my location and then even turning off the notifications entirely, I kept getting weather notifications from all around the area. When there was a storm, it was even worse since I would get notifications every ten minutes for counties I dont even live near.

Was really hoping for a solid Chicago news/weather app but instead very frustrated. Storm alerts are very inaccurate, if you click on an alert it doesnt take you to the correct news story and the streaming is awful (connected to digital fiber and still the picture lags, pixilated and usually stops all together after a minute or so). Id be willing to try it again if they fix all the fundamental issues...

Recent update that allows for auto playing of videos when you open an article is annoying at best and stupid at worst. Get rid of it!

I want to choose the push notifications I get - I just want notifications for "Ward Room," but you only give the option to personalize the weather. - On the iPhone, the last three options for weather push notifications are unreachable. - The only choice for "start screen" are "top stories" and "weather." Im not going to sugar coat this, your choice of "top story" is an embarrassment to news and the NBC brand -- considering the NBC news brand included lying Brian Williams, you should be ashamed to tarnish that broken reputation. - I basically want a "ward room" push notification device. Make that and Ill give you a 5. Force me to read your middling coverage of crime and the weather, and Ill delete this app faster than you cranked out this garbage

I used to really like the app because I got a quick overview of news around the area. But now that videos auto-play with practically every story, the app is useless to me. Even when my phone is on silent, these videos start playing full volume!!! I wont watch the news in front of my young kids, and now with these videos, I cant read it silently either!! So disappointing.

Its terrible to have no control over the video ads that once started wont stop.

Click on weather your more likely to get the North Atlantic than your selected town.

App no longer works. Nothing but a white screen. Will be deleting.

I was able to get alerts for weather and breaking news but the weather is not as accurate. Also streaming live news is a hit or miss. It doesnt always work and its frustrating. There is a reason streaming is offered and Id like to see live broadcasts when I can. This app is not as great as it used to...
